I have not received any bills from this credit card. I have NEVER received ANYTHING from this collection agency (Midpoint Resolutions Group) in the mail. I have repreatedly asked for a dunning letter and proof that the debt is mine and they have refused.

The account number does not show up on any of my credit reports for the last 20 years.
